Terms of Service
These terms are a contract between you and Gabriel Ticala, sole trader, Portugal ("we", "us"), who operates the Game. By downloading, installing, or playing the Game you agree to them. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should read them with you.
1. Who we are & acceptance
Drag Racing Unlimited is operated by Gabriel Ticala, sole trader, Portugal. Playing the Game, creating an account, or making a purchase means you accept the version of these terms shown to you at the time. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data and is part of this agreement.
2. Eligibility & age
The Game is designed for players of any age and never turns a young player away. Players under 13 (or the applicable digital-consent age in their region) get a restricted, data-minimised experience: no personalised ads, no social account linking, and no real-money purchases without a parent's involvement through Apple's or Google's own parental controls. If you are a minor, real-money purchases must go through your store account's parental permission settings — we cannot verify parental consent ourselves.
3. Your account
You can play guest-first, without creating an account: the Game assigns a device-linked guest account automatically. You may optionally link Sign in with Apple or Google to protect and recover your progress across devices; linking never merges two separate profiles. Your account may be active, suspended, or banned depending on your conduct (see Section 7). You can request deletion of your account in-app at any time; deletion has a 30-day grace period during which you can cancel it, after which it is purged. Deletion and suspension/ban are independent — requesting deletion does not cancel a ban, and a ban does not cancel a pending deletion.
4. Virtual currency, items & purchases
The Game uses two virtual currencies: Gold (premium, bought with real money or earned in limited amounts) and Credits (soft currency earned by playing). It also uses Fuel and Nitro energy to gate races and boosts. You can buy currency packs, one-shot Fuel/Nitro refills, and Unlimited Energy passes (24 hours, 3, 5, or 7 days). Unlimited Energy passes are one-time timed purchases, not subscriptions — once bought, the timer runs to completion regardless of whether you play, and it does not auto-renew or charge again.
All real-money purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, not by us — we never see your card details. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own refund policies; contact them first. Virtual currency and virtual items have no real-world cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, are non-transferable between accounts, and are non-refundable by us except where the law requires it. We may change prices, drop rates, or rebalance the in-game economy at any time; changes do not retroactively remove items or currency you already own.
5. Crates & randomised items
Crates are opened using Gold only. Opening a crate grants randomised car parts selected by a server-side drop table — the outcome is not chosen or influenced by you, and results are determined and verified on our servers. Where required, the odds for each crate's contents are shown in-game before you buy. Crate contents are virtual items under Section 4: no cash value, non-transferable, non-refundable except where the law requires it.
6. Rewarded ads
Some in-game rewards can optionally be earned by watching a rewarded video ad. Watching an ad is always your choice — it is never required to progress. The reward is granted only after the ad network confirms server-to-server that you watched the ad to completion, and rewarded-ad opportunities may be limited per day. Rewarded ads are never shown to players in the restricted under-13 experience.
7. Fair play & conduct
Race outcomes are calculated and verified on our servers, not trusted from your device. We may void race results, revoke rewards or currency, and suspend or ban an account for cheating, exploiting bugs, using a modified or unauthorised client, chargeback abuse, or other conduct that damages the Game or other players. Nicknames must not be offensive or impersonate another person or brand; we run an automated filter and may reject or rename a nickname that violates this.
8. Content & licence
The Game, its code, art, audio, and all in-game content belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, decompile, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Game or its content except as the licence granted by the app store permits.
9. Availability, changes & termination
The Game is provided "as is." We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features, or end the service, and will give reasonable notice where we reasonably can. We may suspend or terminate your account for the reasons in Section 7 or if you breach these terms. You may stop playing and request deletion at any time under Section 3.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Game. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including under applicable EU consumer-protection law.
11. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Portugal. If you are an EU consumer, this does not take away the mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in. Please contact us first at support@dragracingunlimited.com so we can try to resolve any issue directly. EU residents may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
12. Changes to these terms
We will post updates here and, for material changes, ask you to accept the new version in the Game before continuing. The version and date at the top tell you which terms apply.
